Sunday, 5/28: Arrived in DC

Another day on the Music Mission. We started in Roanoke, sang in Charlottesville, sang again in Chevy Chase, MD, and then wound up in Alexandria, VA at our hotel.

Slight delays this morning found us scrambling to make our afternoon concert, and we were a few minutes late, but we still had a great experience at all the places...and even had time for a leisurely dinner and a [relatively] early night at the hotel. Bonus: after an early morning this morning (leaving the hotel by 7:15), we will be able to sleep later tomorrow...and tomorrow we have no concerts. We'll be on the national mall and in surrounding museums.

And, of course, I'll post details about today's adventures including photos and such! Things are well. We are well. Can't wait to tell you all about it.
